These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access and use of Loko's registration and partner tools by Artists, Venues, and Event Organizers (collectively referred to as "Partners" or "You"). By registering or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Loko Privacy Policy.
1. General Partner Responsibilities
All Partners using Loko must adhere to the following core standards:
Accuracy & Currency: You must provide and maintain accurate, complete, and truthful profile, identity, capability, and contact information.
Content Compliance: Content, images, biographies, and promotional materials uploaded to Loko must not be misleading, harmful, offensive, unlawful, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights for any media you publish.
Platform Rights: Loko reserves the right to review, hide, reject, unpublish, or permanently remove any profile, listing, content, or event that appears incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, or inconsistent with platform standards.
Account Termination: Loko may suspend or terminate platform access if a partner misuses tools, harms users, or violates these Terms.
2. Artist Specific Terms
As an Artist on Loko, you agree to the following:
Profile Integrity: You are solely responsible for accuracy regarding your availability, performance details, technical requirements, pricing, and payment information.
Independent Agreements: Event participation, performance fees, schedules, technical riders, and cancellation terms are strictly dictated by independent agreements between you and the Event Organizer. Loko facilitates the display and management of this data but is not a party to these agreements.
Legal Compliance: You are responsible for fulfilling all personal tax obligations, licensing requirements, venue rules, and professional conduct expectations.
3. Venue Specific Terms
As a Venue on Loko, you agree to the following:
Listing Veracity: You must provide accurate operational details, including name, physical address, capacity, facility amenities, availability, restrictions, and accessibility data.
Authority & Permits: You warrant that you possess the legal right to list, lease, and promote the property. Venues bear sole responsibility for local compliance, safety standards, capacity limits, security rules, and operating permits.
Operational Liability: Booking, rental rates, cancellations, settlement, and property liability are governed by independent contracts between you and the Event Organizer. Loko is not responsible for physical venue operations or on-site incidents.
4. Event Organizer Specific Terms
As an Event Organizer on Loko, you agree to the following:
Event Truthfulness: You must provide accurate details regarding event names, dates, venues, participating artists, ticket types, pricing, age restrictions, and refund policies. You must thoroughly audit any duplicated or copied event data before publishing.
Operational Execution: You retain full, sole responsibility for event planning, delivery, artist and venue coordination, crowd management, safety, and honoring the explicit ticketing terms displayed to consumers.
Financial & Legal Mandates: You are solely liable for ticketing compliance, sales tax obligations, necessary local permits, and resolving customer refund disputes in accordance with your posted event policies.
Event Liability: Loko is not responsible for illegal activities, regulatory violations, safety failures, operational failures, cancellations, poor event execution, or any event that does not run as advertised or expected. Event Organizers remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and for delivering the event experience, services, and obligations promised to attendees, artists, venues, sponsors, and partners.
