1. By entering the venue, attendees grant Fireflies Fiesta the right to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
2. Personal photography is allowed as long as it doesn’t disturb others or block views.

1. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
2. Fireflies Fiesta and venue partners are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
3. Participation is at your own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, or accident during the event.

7. Venue Rules

1. Please respect the venue property and use the trash bins provided.
2. Follow any additional instructions provided by event staff or security.

8. Event Changes & Cancellation

2. In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, updates will be communicated via our official platforms.

9. Brand Promotions & Activations

1. Some areas may include brand activations, sponsored booths, or sampling activities.
2. Participation in brand activities is voluntary.

Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
