Instead, we provide our Services, which allow Organizers to create, post and manage online or offline events, sell tickets, solicit donations and stay connected to Consumers through a suite of marketing tools.

LOKO, is a third-party ticketing platform that does not guarantee event details, pricing, or ticket availability. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. We reserve the right to cancel or restrict any ticket purchases that we suspect may be fraudulent or violate our policies.
By using our ticketing platform and purchasing event tickets, you acknowledge and accept that you assume all risks associated with accessing our services. We are not liable for any actions or inactions of event organizers, promoters, or other involved third parties, nor do we assume responsibility for any breaches of conditions, representations, or warranties by them. We explicitly disclaim any responsibility or liability in such matters. We do not mediate or resolve disputes between you and event organizers or other parties involved in the events.

We do not endorse or support any specific events or the sale/purchase of tickets for any events on our platform. We do not hold any right, title, or interest in the events or tickets, and we have no obligations or liabilities regarding any event transactions. We are not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions of any other service providers listed on our ticketing platform, including payment providers, venue operators, event organizers, or other third-party service providers.
By using our ticketing platform and purchasing event tickets, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the platform or your attendance at any events.
Reselling event tickets for business purposes is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized individual found engaging in such activities may face legal action.
