—   To create an account, click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage and fill in the required details.

c. Do I need an account to purchase tickets?

—   Yes, you need an account to purchase tickets so we can provide you with order confirmations and customer support.

2. Purchasing Tickets

a. How do I purchase tickets?

—   To purchase tickets, browse or search for the event you’re interested in, select the number of tickets, choose your preferred seating if applicable, and proceed to checkout.

b. What payment methods do you accept?

—   We accept Fonepay, and in the digital wallet category IMEPAY, adding Esewa.

c. Are there any additional fees?

—   Additional service/processing fees may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Ticket Delivery

a. How will I receive my tickets?

—   Tickets will be available in MY tickets tab & delivered via email as e-tickets.

b. What should I do if I haven't received my tickets?

—   If you haven't received your tickets within the specified time, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

c. Are there any additional fees?

—   Additional service/processing fees may apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

a. Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?

—   Refund policies vary by event. Please check the event's refund policy before purchasing. If refunds are available, you can request one through your account. However, Most events don't provide with refunds, having special exception of double payments.

b. Can I exchange my tickets for a different event?

—   No, The tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged.

—   We will notify you via email and app notifications if an event is canceled or rescheduled. You can also check the event status within the app.

b.What happens if an event is canceled?

—   If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for your ticket purchase. The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
