Resources in Chaos

"Resources in Chaos" ia a solo exhibition by Rick Cummings (1949–2025). He was an American artist whose life followed an extraordinary path. A former U.S. Army pilot who became a shepherd in the south of France, walking in the footsteps of the great painters who inspired him and ultimately devoting his life to art.


Rick made Nepal his home in 2011, where he lived and worked until his recent passing after a courageous battle with cancer.


In his memory, his friends and family are honored to present an exhibition of his works at Nepal Art Council, from February 7–13, 2026


The exhibition will be inaugurated on Feb 7th 4:30 PM , by Heritage Conservationist Mr Rabindra Puri.

FREE ENTRANCE

1. Entry:

Entry is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above.

A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the gate.


2. Prohibited Items:

Outside food, beverages, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited.


3. Safety:

The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals deemed a safety concern.

By entering, attendees consent to bag checks and pat-downs for security purposes.


4. Photography and Media:

The event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you consent to be featured in any event media used for promotional purposes.


5. Cancellations:

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event in case of unforeseen circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of the organizers.


6. Liability:

The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.


7. Compliance:

Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and adhere to venue rules.

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. The event ticket must be presented for entry. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
